ANAHEIM, CALIFORNIA: WELCOME TO MY BLOG!
Hello! My name is Holly. I'm very excited to share this blog with you. I've been blessed with a job that allows me to travel to exciting locations and I've decided to use this blog to document those travels.
I hope to post more photos as I go along. However, I also want those photos to be clean, crisp, and visually compelling. Basically, I want them to be pretty for YOU! So thanks for stopping by and come back soon because it's only going to get better from here!
In the meantime, here are my top 3 favorite parts of this trip:
1. Pacific Ocean
This trip is the first time I’ve ever seen or stuck my toes into the Pacific Ocean and did you know it’s cooold?! Fun Fact: It all has to do with currents. (Just think Finding Nemo and my favorite turtle, Crush, on the highway-like current, the EAC.)
2. The Disney Parks
Since my first experience at any Disney Parks was in Florida as a child and since I worked right in front of Cinderella's Castle during my internship, the Magic Kingdom holds a special place in my heart. Plus, I can’t seem to get over the fact that I don’t quite know where I’m going in Disneyland. (It's like being in a dream where you know where you are supposed to be, but everything is slightly off.) So, I prefer California Adventure on this side of the coast because I don't get turned around haha. Cars Land is AMAZING, the creativity behind that design is so well done! I really felt like I walked straight into the movie. And when I was inside, I couldn't see any other parts of the park. So I felt even more like a part of the story, which is what Disney is all about!
3. In and Out!
You can’t go to California and NOT go to In and Out. Their chocolate shakes are the best. I think I could just have that for lunch and be satisfied. Not really. Give me that burger. The best part? The secret menu and Bible references stamped onto every cup and bag. So cool! If you don't have one near-by here's a recipe so you can get that fantastic Animal-Style taste at home.
Thanks for stopping by!
