Happy Friday everyone! I'm a little late with this post this week because getting these photos together was a real struggle! For some reason, they turned out super grainy. I've decided I want to upgrade my lens to a little bit better quality so that grainy pictures are less and less a part of my blog. I think you all can tell, I'm just starting where I am, with what I have, and growing slowly! So I think it might be time for another growth step. Any suggestions on which lens I should get? I use a Nikon.

Life Update: My mom and I are heading to Italy in the next few weeks and are getting so excited! My mom has been planning all our tours and booking everything. She's so pumped!! Have you ever been? I'd love to hear where your favorite places to go were or what are some must see places while we're there!

These photos are from the other weekend that I got to spend in Martha's Vineyard. If you ever get the chance to go to Martha's Vineyard - go! I thought it was going to be sort of on the snobby side, but the people there were all so nice! I felt super relaxed while I was there and could have stayed for a lot longer!

One great thing, that I always love about the East Coast, is how stinkin' cool their houses are! You just feel like you're in another world - like you've time traveled back to when this country was first founded. The architecture is so classic and beautiful! This coastal town is also really great because nearly everyone bikes here. The biking paths are clearly marked and cars expect you, so they slow down and are patient. We had nice weather for a couple days while we were there, so we biked around and looked in all the shops, and we also had a rainy day so we just relaxed on the rocking chairs on our front porch and listened to the rain and watched the bay.

I really really enjoyed my time in Martha's Vineyard. I'd definitely go back (I think I could be a novelist there haha - it just seems like a town that would make for some good stories!).

Anyway, today's post is short and sweet! I hope you all have something fun planned for the weekend! Let me know if you have any ideas for my trip to Italy!!
