HAPPY THANKSGIVING! + AUGUST INK & A POP OF CONFETTI
Photos by: The Bearded Bousman Photo Co.
Good Morning from Kansas & Happy Thanksgiving, everybody! I'm so excited that it's finally here!! What are you doing for the holidays? Jordan and I got to his family's house late last night and are now getting a little work done this morning before signing off for the week. This morning we woke up to a kitten named Marvel pouncing on our air mattress. She was super interested in the newness of it haha. You can meet Marvel on my Instastory - she's currently alternating between trying to drink my tea and batting my fingers from around this computer screen. :)
Today I want to show you these fun pictures taken by my man, @beardedbousman, in collaboration with August Ink and A Pop of Confetti Co. A few weeks ago, you might remember, I showed you guys these sweatshirts on my Insta-story. I couldn't wait to wear them because they are so cute and soft, but I also wanted to wait for this banner from A Pop of Confetti Co. to arrive. Vanessa and I worked together to come up with a custom banner that would be the perfect colors and the perfect phrase. When we decided on "Happy Campers," I knew this would be such a great combo - a hand-made banner and hand-printed sweatshirts! I really LOVE how these pictures turned out - even though it was a little tough to get picture of us both by ourselves, I think we did pretty good for our first try! It all came together just like I pictured it in my head - which is always extra fun!
Thanksgiving is here!!! What are you looking forward to most? For those of you that have already celebrated with fam or had a Friendsgiving, what was your favorite part? I'm so ready to chow down on my two favorites cranberry sauce and stuffffing! Yum!! Time to bring out the stretchy pants. :)
In true Thanksgiving spirit, I want to take minute to share a few things that I am thankful for! I'm so blessed and I don't acknowledge that nearly enough, so here is a list of what I'm thanking God for this year:
1. I'm so grateful for my family. They are healthy & living blessed lives! Even though I live far away from them, I love them with all my heart and can't wait to see them again sooooon!
2. My amazing fiancé, Jordan, is the most understanding man on the planet! He is compassionate about so much and he stands up for other people. I love him so much and am grateful for my life with him!
3. I'm overwhelmed with how Jordan's family has accepted me without hesitation and that they treat me like one of their own! They are each so special to me, it's crazy wonderful to gain family - especially people as great as these guys!
4. My frans! I love the group of girls I am lucky enough to call friends. From Texas, to Arkansas, to Florida, to Colorado (and everywhere else life has taken us) I have been extremely blessed to have the most genuine girls who care about me and each other with all their hearts.
That's just the half of it! I could go on and on about physical things that are blessings, but really it's the relationships in my life that I am grateful for the most. People make life exciting and I'm so blessed to have you all to share it with! I hope YOU have a very special Thanksgiving week! What's one thing your grateful for? I'd love to hear in the comments below! :)
Thanks for stopping by!
